Each current AEP chapter member has a personal election ballot accessed from the link in the message sent to your email box.

Successful candidates will take office at the first Chapter Board meeting of 2026.

Welcome to the AEP Monterey Bay - Silicon Valley Chapter! We are one of nine chapters within California. Our chapter is made up of approximately 100 environmental professionals located in Santa Clara, Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Benito Counties.

The Monterey Bay - Silicon Valley Chapter provides local opportunities for professional development and networking including regular Chapter meetings, programs featuring speakers relevant to the environmental industry, training workshops, job listings, and social events (see Programs and Events). Additionally, we are dedicated to supporting students who are planning to engage in a career in the environmental field through our Student AEP Chapters and Student Scholarship Program (see Students).

Nominations

Nominations are open for the AEP MB-SV Chapter 2026 Board of Directors! Elections will be held via electronic ballot in early December.

Please send expressions of interest to president@aepmbsv.org by 5pm on  Monday, December 1st, 2025 if you wish to nominate yourself or someone else for a Board position.

Below is a full list of Chapter Board positions for 2026, along with a brief description of the role, whether the position is an elected or appointed role, whether the role is currently filled or vacant, and if the incumbent officer(s) intend(s) to run for 2026 re-election.
